NO REFUNDS All sales are final unless an artist cancels or reschedules. CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED EVENTS If you would like a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event, please contact us as soon as possible as refunds can only be issued for up to 90 days after your purchase. After 90 days, you will receive a credit for the value of your ticket to use for another show. Every effort will be made to contact all ticket holders via phone or e-mail. During ticket sales we ask for phone and e-mail contact information for this reason. RESCHEDULING In the event of rescheduling tickets are transferred to the newly rescheduled date. MESSAGE TO 2020 TICKETHOLDERS We apologize, but we can no longer issue refunds for shows that were cancelled due to the covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
